Delivery Time — We aim to deliver UK orders within 1–5 business days.

Order Tracking — Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your Simpled account.
Multiple Item Orders — We strive to deliver all items together. However, depending on stock availability and shipping options, some products may be shipped separately.

Received the wrong product? If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team.
Return & Refund Policy:
Adding or Removing Items — You can remove an item from your order by contacting customer support within 30 minutes of placing it.
If the order has already been processed, you can still return the item within 60 days for a full refund.
Cancelling an Order or Changing the Delivery Address — You may cancel your order or update the delivery address within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After 30 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible because the order may already be processed. If needed, you can still return the item after delivery for a full refund.
All Simpled products include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country.
