Great Experience Overall and Support

The product in general I think is great, solid build, not cheap with great features. Yes my one had an odd fault where lock handle locked in place. What a relief these locks are compared to the bulky Yale ones. I had my doubts at first, but that changed very quickly once installed. Much better control, integration and response time than Yale. Have them for a year now and they work great. Haven't even replaced the batteries yet. Great product.

A Great Lock
Really helpful pre-sales advice prior to fitting the Simpled EF lock to a client's door, and the lock was incredibly easy to install. Brilliant array of functions and the lock is expandable as your security system grows, so allowing additional functionality. It is essentially a 'mini Paxton' system.
