This Cookie Policy explains how Simpled Tech Limited ("Simpled", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, SDKs) on our US website (simpled.tech). Read it with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. "Session" cookies expire when you close your browser; "persistent" cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. "First-party" cookies are set by us; "third-party" cookies are set by our service providers.
2. How US law treats cookies
In the United States there is no general requirement to obtain opt-in consent before setting cookies. Certain state privacy laws instead give you the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of cross-context behavioural ("targeted") advertising, and to have a recognised browser opt-out signal (such as the Global Privacy Control) honoured where those activities occur. The tables below list the cookies used on the US store, by category. The durations shown are the providers' published defaults; the exact lifetime of a given cookie can vary slightly by browser and by how you use the site. Tags load through our Google Tag Manager container GTM-T6DDWNWN.

We do not currently run a third-party web-analytics tag (such as Google Analytics) on this store. If we introduce one, it will be listed here and reflected in Your Privacy Choices before it goes live.

4. Your privacy choices
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via Your Privacy Choices or the Cookie settings link in the site footer. If your browser or extension sets the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will automatically treat it as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for advertising purposes and will honour it accordingly.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working, including checkout.
5. Similar technologies
Email tracking (pixels and link tracking). Our marketing emails may contain a measurement pixel and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can measure and improve our messages. US law does not require opt-in consent for this, but we give you notice here and the ability to opt out: you can stop email tracking at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email or via your marketing preferences, or by contacting us (unsubscribing stops both the marketing emails and their tracking). Disabling image loading in your email client may prevent the open pixel, but unsubscribing is the reliable way to stop tracking.
App SDKs. The Simpled app uses device storage and SDKs necessary for it to function; any optional analytics or measurement SDKs are disclosed in the app and follow your in-app choices.
