1. Our current position
We do not sell your personal information for money, and — while our advertising/tracking tags are dormant — we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising or engage in "targeted advertising" as those terms are defined under state privacy laws. If this changes, we will update this page and provide the opt-out and signal handling described below.
2. Choices available to you
Regardless of your state, you may:
- Opt out of marketing emails — use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us.
- Opt out of any "sale"/"sharing"/targeted advertising — should we ever engage in these, use the request route in §4 and set the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.
- Manage cookies — see our Cookie Policy and your browser settings.
3. Access, deletion, correction and portability
Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to know/access, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, to appeal a declined request, and not to be discriminated against for exercising a right. See our Privacy Policy (§8) for the full description and how these are handled.
4. How to make a request
Email support@simpled.tech and mark your message "Privacy Request", stating the choice you want to exercise. We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorised agent where your state law allows.
5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Where a state law requires us to treat a browser opt-out preference signal as a valid opt-out, and where we engage in "sale"/"sharing"/targeted advertising, we honour recognised signals such as GPC. While our tags are dormant there is nothing to suppress; if we activate advertising tags, GPC handling will be wired to suppress the relevant tags.
