This policy explains how Simpled ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our Ireland website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is governed by the Irish ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. 336/2011) and the GDPR, under which non-essential cookies require your prior consent.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and let us understand how the site is used. Similar technologies — such as pixels and browser local storage — work in comparable ways.

4. Email tracking
Any measurement pixel or tracked link inside a marketing email — which can tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked — is a separate matter from whether we may send you the email, and requires its own consent under the ePrivacy Regulations. Where we have obtained valid, separate consent to email tracking, we will describe how here, and you may withdraw it at any time. Where no such separate consent has been obtained, our marketing emails are configured not to use tracking pixels or tracked links for that purpose. Unsubscribing from marketing and withdrawing consent to tracking are distinct actions; you can do either at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
5. Managing your cookies
Use the link in the footer of every page to change your preferences at any time, or to withdraw a consent you have already given. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete them, though doing so may affect checkout and other site functions.

We may update this policy as our website and the technologies we use change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
