These terms set out the basis on which Simpled ("we", "us", "our") sells products to you through our website. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order you place with us. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. We may update them from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one in force at the time you order.
2. Orders & pricing
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
- Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- We take care to price accurately, but if we spot a genuine error we will contact you before proceeding.
- We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
3. Cancellation & returns
You may cancel and return eligible products in line with our returns approach, which generally includes a 60-day money-back period, in addition to your statutory cancellation rights. Full details, including how to start a return, are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.
4. Warranty
Our products are generally covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear. See Shipping & Returns for more.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use our website and products lawfully and not to misuse them, interfere with their security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
6. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a product is limited as set out in these terms and does not extend to losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
