Simpled Tech Limited (registered office above) is the contracting entity and the seller of record for all purchases made on this website, and is the controller of personal data collected through it. No separate Irish entity is used; the London office is our trading and contracting address.

GDPR Article 27 EU representative
As a controller established outside the EU offering goods to EU/EEA residents, we are required to designate a representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR. Environmental producer responsibility (WEEE / batteries, Ireland)
We participate in Ireland's producer-responsibility system through The Producer Register Limited, Unit 47–51, Block 5, Northwood Court, Santry, Dublin 9, D09 FY88, Ireland — Ireland's national register for producers of EEE, batteries and tyres. This is an environmental EPR/WEEE registration, not a data-protection representative.
Prices and taxes
All prices on this site are shown in euro and include Irish VAT (standard rate; our Irish VAT number is IE4437794RH) where applicable. Prices for delivery within Ireland include applicable import duties, so nothing further is asked on delivery for domestic Irish orders.
