Will the MF fit my door?

It replaces your existing Euro-profile cylinder and fits nearly all Euro-profile doors, with no new door needed. Our 60-second compatibility checker confirms fit, or tells you honestly if it will not. No email address needed.

What happens if the battery dies or I am locked out?

You get low-battery alerts well in advance. The MF runs on two rechargeable 18650 batteries giving 8 to 12 months per charge, and if the battery runs flat, you won't be stranded — a mechanical key means you have a way in. Keep your backup key safe.

Will a smart lock look cheap on a nice door?

Most of the MF sits inside your door. The only part on show is a slim, weatherproof IP55 fingerprint keypad, discreet by design rather than a bulky panel on a good door.

MF Motorised Euro-Cylinder Smart Lock Ireland

Q: Is the MF hard to install?

No. It swaps straight in for your existing Euro cylinder with a screwdriver. No locksmith, no new door.

Control

Every way in, in your hand.

Fingerprint. Passcode. An RFID card. The TTLock app on your phone. A mechanical key when you simply want one. Grant a digital key to family for good, or to a cleaner for a Tuesday, and withdraw it just as easily.

Calm

Locked. You can stop wondering.

No patting pockets on the doorstep, no turning the car around. The motor drives the bolt home and auto-locks the moment the door closes, and with the Wi-Fi bridge even Alexa and Google Home will confirm it. That question you ask halfway down the road? Retired.

Craft

Built to disappear into your door.

It replaces your existing Euro-profile cylinder, so almost all of it lives inside the door. The only thing on show is a slim, weatherproof keypad. The clever part, a quiet motor doing the work, stays out of sight.

Straight answers

Every worry, handled.

The five questions everyone asks, answered plainly, because peace of mind starts before you buy.

Can it be hacked?

Your fingerprint data is protected with AES encryption and stored on the lock.

Will it fit my door?

Almost certainly, it replaces your existing Euro-profile cylinder and fits nearly all Euro-profile doors. Our 60-second checker confirms fit, or tells you honestly if it won't. We'd rather lose a sale than fit the wrong door.

What if the battery dies, am I locked out?

No. You'll get low-battery alerts long before it matters. The MF runs on two rechargeable 18650 batteries, 8 to 12 months per charge, and if it ever runs flat there's a mechanical key backup. Redundancy is the whole point.

Is it hard to install?

It swaps straight in for your existing Euro cylinder with a screwdriver. No locksmith, no new door, no special tools.

Will it look cheap on my nice door?

Most of the MF sits inside the door. The only part on show is a slim, weatherproof IP55 keypad, discreet by design, not a bulky panel bolted onto a good door.

Prefer a full lock body?

The MF, or a Slim lock body.

The MF motorised cylinder is the discreet route, most of it hidden inside your door. If you'd rather a full lock body on the face of the door, the Slim family is where to look. Each opens with a fingerprint, a code, a fob or your phone.
