This policy explains how Simpled ("we", "us", "our") ships orders and handles returns. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Shipping
We offer free shipping across Ireland on our locks. Orders are sent with a tracked service so you can follow your delivery.
2. Delivery times

3. Returns
We want you to be sure. Our locks come with a 60-day money-back period: if it isn't right for you, return it within 60 days for a refund. Returns within Ireland are free. This is in addition to your statutory cancellation rights.
4. Warranty
Every Simpled lock is covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or normal wear.
