Our Simpled key pad lock is in constant use in a sports club setting and has been a real bonus as we have now disposed of all the costly keys and electronic fobs. Customer service from this company has been fantastic. They actually answer the phone quickly and resolve any queries very promptly. No hesitation in recommending or using again.

My overall experience after a defect on my Amazon Smart SF lock was met with a fast turn around, back-to-back clear communication by Angel customer service support. Very helpful staff who supported. The product in general I think is great, solid build, not cheap with great features. Yes my one had an odd fault where lock handle locked in place. I got my replacement next day and all working great.

Excellent door lock. Took me a while to persuade myself I needed the lock, but now after only 1 day of having it I'm a convert. Thinking of changing my other door to a simpled lock too now. Customer service has been perfect.

What a relief these locks are compared to the bulky Yale ones. I had my doubts at first, but that changed very quickly once installed. Much better control, integration and response time than Yale. Have them for a year now and they work great. Haven't even replaced the batteries yet. Great product.

Having bought two smart locks from other suppliers only to find they weren't compatible, it was a relief to finally find a lock that worked. More importantly that the pre-sales advice was really helpful, fast and specific for my situation. So far very happy with the lock. It was easy to install and no one seems to have had any issues using it yet.

Had an issue with a lock I installed last year. Contacted support (Angel) who resolved the issue for me very satisfactorily. This is why I'm ordering a second lock from them. Trust. I trust they have a support process staffed by people and solving any issues I might have.

Really helpful pre-sales advice prior to fitting the Simpled EF lock to a client's door, and the lock was incredibly easy to install. Brilliant array of functions and the lock is expandable as your security system grows, so allowing additional functionality. It is essentially a 'mini Paxton' system. The BlackFriday is easy to use, and it just, well, works. Great product.

The slim smart lock is incredible! Has everything I need to minimise the risk of being locked out like I have done several times! I had to call the customer service line a couple of times during installation and Steve was so friendly and extremely helpful. Amazing service!

Excellent packaging and fast delivery. Answered questions I had quickly. I sent a video of my previous door lock, Simpled advised that slim smart lock was 99% likely to fit. I had a little bit of filing to do to the PVC door to enable the lock to be installed. It’s working well now.
